Silver Phase focuses on safe, functional movement: joint mobility, balance, low‑impact strength, and quickness drills tailored to older adults. Groups are small, coach‑led, and progress at your pace — perfect for maintaining independence and improving balance and sport performance.

- 30-45 minute coach-led sessions
- Warm‑up + mobility, strength/conditioning, balance/agility, cool‑down
- Progressions scaled for joint health and chronic conditions
